Prospect Road X
Prospect Road X – In the 1960’s Liberty’s Design Director Bernard Nevill experimented with botanical motifs to innovative new effect – one of his most enduring designs is Prospect Road, famously worn by Twiggy in a 1969 edition of Vogue. Having been recently redrawn for the Liberty Womenswear Collection and printed on a silk base, it was also printed on a Tana Lawn base for The Strawberry Thief in 2018… this lush landscape scene proved to be so popular that we have also now reprinted it for our 2020 Bespoke Collection.
