Desert Rose A
Desert Rose is a mix of cacti including Prickly pear and Parodia. Created using chalks and water colour paints and pencils, and inspired by the techniques used by Georgia O’Keeffe, the cactus flowers sit amongst the harsh spikes of the cacti.
From the SS21 Atlas of Dreams Collection, Desert Rose is part of the Desert Story. The wild at heart roam free within the ‘Desert’ story. Created in chalks, pastels and pencil crayons, these prints have a free-wheeling, road-tripping quality that evokes the magic of the open road, from sandy dunes to distant mountains. Conversational prints of neon motel adverts and road signs sit alongside photo real artworks of prickly pear and flowering cacti, all capturing a sense of shimmering heat and adventurous possibility.
Please note: We tear our Liberty to achieve a line that follows the grain of the fabric - fabric edges may reflect this process.
