    Every effort is made to ensure that all items listed online are available for sale. On rare occasions, a product may become unavailable before we are able to adjust the online listing. If this occurs, we’ll contact you promptly to offer an alternative or refund.

    Where an item is listed as currently unavailable, we cannot guarantee its future availability or delivery time.

    PAYMENT INFORMATION

    Pricing shown throughout this website is in Australian dollars and includes GST for customers in Australia. Pricing displayed for International customers does not include GST.

    For orders placed online, we accept payment via PayPal (using your PayPal account or credit card) or Stripe (for credit card payments).

    IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS

    Since the 1st July 2021, parcels we send to countries that are part of the European Union may be subject to import duties or taxes when they arrive in the destination country.

    We are not able to advise on any fees, tariffs or taxes which may be charged in your own country.

    We are not liable to pay any such fees, which would be notified to you by your local customs office or postal service, and is something which is beyond our control. 

    This is our current policy and is under review. Thank you for your understanding.

    SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

    Please allow 3-4 working days for your order to be processed upon receipt of your payment.

    To avoid loss of items or unnecessary delays, please ensure the delivery address you’ve given us is correct. Once parcels have been shipped, they cannot be re-directed. Undeliverable parcels will be returned to us. Re-shipping a parcel within Australia incurs a $15.00 AUD fee for postage and handling. Re-shipping internationally will be calculated based on country of destination and shipping method.

    SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

    Shipping within Australia is calculated by Australia Post, or free on retail orders over $150.

    We usually ship with Australia Post or Sendle.

    Note: not all areas in Australia are covered by Express Post, please visit the Australia Post website to check whether your postcode is covered.

    Australia Post does not guarantee delivery times for regular post, they do however provide the following guide to expected delivery times – approximately 5 -10 days.

    For important deliveries such as birthdays please allow plenty of time for your order to arrive or consider the express post option.

    IMPORTANT CORONA VIRUS UPDATE: Please be aware that Australia Post has been affected by this pandemic and packages may be delayed. We recommend purchasing express post because although next day delivery is no longer guaranteed, parcels are still arriving quickest via this method of delivery.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    International shipping is calculated by Australia Post or DHL, including tracking.  Delivery time will vary depending on destination and local postal service, as a general guide orders should arrive in 10 -21 days. Peak period delivery times can vary considerably with International shipping especially in the lead up to Christmas.

    IMPORTANT CORONA VIRUS UPDATE: Please be aware that International Post has been affected by this worldwide pandemic. At this time we recommend choosing DHL International Courier as a delivery method which should take approximately 1-2 weeks for delivery. 

    INACCURATE DELIVERIES

    Didn’t receive what you ordered? Please contact us within 7 days and we will send you a pre-paid satchel for you to return them to us. Upon receipt of the incorrect item/s we will re-send the correct item/s free-of-charge.

    CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER ONCE I’VE RECEIVED IT?

    Exchanges and refunds due to change of mind are at our discretion and will incur a handling fee as well as all additional postage costs.

    RETURNS

    We take special care to ensure your order is expedited safely and efficiently in good condition, however errors can occur. When it arrives, please check your order carefully.

    We can not accept returns on any of our pre-cut packs if the packaging has opened.

    All returns need to be shipped back to us within 7 days of receipt. We reserve the right to replace, exchange, repair, offer credit or refund as appropriate. Return shipping & handling fees will need to charged on any returns that are not due to supplier error. Returns shipped after 7 days cannot be accepted.
